There's no fixed number. USCIS weighs the whole record, so impact can also be shown through patents, adoption of your work, funding and expert letters.

Can I apply on F-1, J-1 or H-1B?F-1, J-1, H-1B로도 신청할 수 있나요?
Yes. NIW is open regardless of current status. J-1 holders subject to the two-year home residency rule need a waiver or must complete it before getting the green card, and we plan for that up front.

How long does it take?얼마나 걸리나요?
Preparing the petition usually takes a few weeks. With premium processing, USCIS decides the I-140 within its published premium timeframe. When you can file for the green card itself depends on the visa bulletin for your country of birth.
